Returns Policy
How can I return a product if it is not suitable, the colour does not match or I have changed my mind?
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days of receipt delivery to return your rug for a full refund.
To make sure we can process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below.
a) Make sure your rug is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, where possible, including proof of purchase
b) Wrap the parcel in the same way you have received it - fully covered, to prevent any further damage in transit.
c) Refund: When your return is approved you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued
Please allow 2-3 working days once the item is received to process the refund.
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping charges of your item
What do I do if I have received a faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Caren Sourcing prides itself on sourcing and delivering products of the highest standard. Should we fall short of our promise to you our valued customers, we will do our upmost to resolve any issue. Return postage will be refunded if product is faulty.
